Cacao Recipe to Add to Your Treatments

Posted by Ashmira Botanica on

Organic Raw Ceremonial Cacao is an amazing tool of relaxation and reinvigoration. Ashmira Botanica treatments often begin with a cup of cacao, to help you journey within and connect with your emotional heart to uplift. Cacao can help heal your emotions and leave you with a feeling of complete bliss. Here is our cacao recipe for you to prepare before treatments.

The Benefits of Cacao

Cacao is an Amazonian superfood. It is said to have 40 times the antioxidants of blueberries. Also, the superfood is a very high plant-based source of iron and is packed full of magnesium. In addition to that cacao also has more calcium than cows milk!

Our Cacao Recipe:

  • Chop 20-25g of Ashmira Botanica Ceremonial Cacao into small pieces.
  • Place it into your blender with 150ml of freshly boiled water and 50ml of your plant milk of choice (or all water).
  • Blend.
  • Pour into a saucepan and heat until it reaches your desired temperature, stirring constantly. Do not let it boil.
  • Pour into your ceremonial mug and enjoy!

Personalise Your Cacao

The recipe above is for a traditional cup of cacao, but you could personalise your cacao to add a further touch to your clients treatment.

Here are some examples of what you could add:

  • Cinnamon
  • Honey
  • Orange
  • Vanilla
  • Chilli Powder
